Qantas has just announced their next step forward in terms of traveller innovation. As pioneers of the aviation industry, Qantas has set a new benchmark with the launch of domestic Next Generation Check-in.
The ambitious project involves world-first technology in order to benefit the customer and their experience with the airline. The project will re-engineer how their products and services are delivered to their customers, ensuring even greater satisfaction. With an overall aim is to simplify processes allowing for greater time to be spent, focussing on customer care.
